What We Offer

The training program is designed to simulate a complex humanitarian emergency that requires a comprehensive understanding of war, natural disasters and forced displacement, and the impact of cultural contexts on the affected populations. Students are immersed in the simulation for the whole weekend, working in multidisciplinary, NGO-based teams, each tasked with a series of activities serving the fictional populations.

If you are interested in hosting your own simulation program and would like Humanitarian U’s help or you would like to work with any of Humanitarian U’s faculty in the development and/or operation of a simulation training program, please contact info@humanitarianu.com.
