Humanitarian U’s Cancellation policy

If you have paid the registration fee and are subsequently unable to attend the event you may transfer your registration to a colleague, defer your application to a future training date or request a refund. All of these options are governed by the following terms and policies of Humanitarian U.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted forms of payment.

Humanitarian U’s payment policy:

1 – Registration may be transferred to a colleague free of charge before March 15, 2018. Any requests for a transfer made after this date will incur a fee of $150 CAD.

2 – Registration may be deferred, one time only, to the following year, free of charge, prior to March 15, 2018.  Requests received after March 15, 2018 will incur a fee of $150 CAD. 

3 – Cancellation requests received prior to March 15, 2018 will be eligible for a refund, however a $150 CAD cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation requests received after March 15, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund. Any registration made after March 15, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.
